Benefits of membership include:
- Entry to every Thursday or Sunday session throughout the year. Members do not need to register for each session, non-members (guests) need to register for every session they wish to attend.
- Discounted court fees at every session ($11.50 instead of $18).
- Access to club coaching (additional fees may apply).
- Entry to Melbourne Smashers tournaments (additional fees may apply).
- Access to Melbourne Smashers social events (additional fees may apply).
- Access to Melbourne Smashers branding clothing and items (additional costs for clothes and items may apply).
- Regular email updates from Melbourne Smashers.
- Comprehensive playing insurance available through affiliation with Badminton Victoria.
- As a member you have full voting rights at the Melbourne Smashers AGM. The date and time of the AGM will be advised during the year.
- Court fees apply for each session you play. At present the court fees are $11.50 for a two hour session. There may be additional court fees when court time is extended beyond two hours. As court fees are dictated by third party providers they are subject to change without notice.
- Courts may not be available every week due to changes made by third party suppliers. Updates to court availability are usually made on our Facebook page, our calendar, and via email.
